Service is HORRIBLE

Been 2 months now and I still have no internet connection to my security. Guy on the phone tells me to go to chat on internet and they wont even let you get on. I have never been so frustrated in my entire life over anything. Also have had 4 technicians out to my house wasting my personal time with no fix. Comcast should be embarrased by this incompetence, but no. They still charge their ridiculous fees every month. Biggest problem in my area is they have a monopoly.
