I just got the August Smart Lock and Connect Module.
It works really well, integrates easily into the Mobile app, and is very good quality. The website not working with it or rules isn't a big deal to be honest. What rule would you want anyways? Make sure the house is locked when I set the alarm? Easy enough to check on the mobile app.
Best thing about the August is if I move, I can take it anywhere, can't do that with the kwikset lock, as it only works with Xfinity and/or Zigbee.
I'm really happy with it for now.
