No setting to pair window with home security

I'm trying to get my window sensor to pair with my comcast home security hub.

I found this:

But they both direct me to log into the portal webpage: xfinity.com/xhportal and look for "Settings"

but this redirects me to:

My menu has:

I really don't want to schedule a troublecall for this.

How can I sync the window sensor?

Please advise.
