Well was giving the installer's code to get into the touchscreen and before doing this everything worked without a problem when connected just no alerts were sent to my phone nor email address. I could also view the cameras without any problems and arm and disarm the system. But I wanted to start over and add what I wanted to use only but the system now is asking for an premise passphrase to factory reset the touchscreen......any one knows an default for this? Thanks again for the help.
