I have been trying to contact comcast and its franchises over the past week to find out who investigates complaint about unauthorized installations of Comcast Home?? Can you all send a tech out? Now the tech, etc is trying to reset it but IM sure in 2014 Comcast can track this matter/complaint. My TV cable keeps going out and someone changed my SSN # on my account that Ive had for years. Cust Service Rep says the coding is definitely OFF, but her manager has not contacted me as promised. I have several accounts and tech has rigged Each and Every one of them together as one. Where/who do I contact to document this matter??
