Yeah, we have the same issues. We have actually had the touchscreen replaced by a new one since it was happening so much, but its even happening again with this new one. It's a crappy outsourced piece of garbage that doesnt even have a reset button on it when this happens. You have to unscrew the back of the touchscreen and remove the battery to turn the power off, or just let it die as it annoyingly beeps. Will never go with Xfinity home again until they fix their garbage touch screen.
