You can only have one touchpad. You can use other devices to watch the cameras, but it's going to suspend your session after a short time aand you have to click on OK to resume. Super annoying!

It sounds like the bulb is a CFL. Unfortuanetly the lamp controllers don't interact with CFLs very well and cause the flicker that you are referring to.
