I can still get the screen to show all six of my cameras.  If you are on the screen with a single camera showing there should be a couple arrows showing on the bottom right of the screen.  Click on these and it will take you back to the overview camera screen and you will be able to see all your cameras.  Also if you are in the dashboard and you select cameras from the list it should bring up all the screen with all your cameras where you can then pick one to enlarge.

Weather is working on mine, but I do also miss the radar.  Touchscreen functionality has really taken a hit since the change.  Lost so many features including locks.

Where would the alarm panel be?  Is that the key pad?  I am getting the same 'takeover bridge low battery' warning.

Here's the resolution:

There's a backup battery in the main control panel/junction box (ours is in a closet where the cell antenna is), that guy needed to be replaced. Took multiple calls to Comcast and 2 different techs to figure this out. If this happens to you, have a tech come out and check/replace that battery for you.

Just had this issue last month, it's a relatvely simple fix: I assume panels are located in different places depending on peoples houses, but ours was in a closet. Just call Comcast, have them send a tech, and make sure they replace the battery in the panel, not the one in the touchscreen. We had a tech tell us that the touchscreen was the "takeover bridge" and that's what the message referred to (5 min after he left, I got the same low battery warning). The battery is the size of a motorcycle battery or so, it's quite large and I'm assuming not something more general battery stores carry. Either way, Comcast replaced ours for free so if you can handle the wait for them to come out and swap it, I'd recommend that.

I am a new customer to Comcast.  Is it possible to purchase a backup battery for the Xfinity gateway modem?

Your keypad is attempting to perform a firmware upgrade. You can remove and reinsert a battery to see if it clears the issue.

System arming by keypad and then touchscreen multiple times while away.

For the past few days, as I leave the house, I arm the system with the keypad. When I look at my notifications it is showing multiple "Arms" throughout the day. The first one being the one that I actually did, and then a few via the touchscreen. I know that there is nobody in the house to re-arm the alarm via the touchscreen. Why is the system re-arming itself multiple times?

how can I program x5 to lg32ln5300? none of suggested codes work
