I am moving from one address to another, so I brought my equipment to a COMCAST office and let them know that I am terminating services (TV and Internet) in the house I am leaving. It made no difference to their billing department which has just posted a new bill extending to mid September on my account. Attempts to chat with an agent on line were unsuccessful. This is very very frustrating (and unfair). If you ever need to move or cancel service be aware of the fact that COMCAST tries to ignore the cancellation and keep billing you.
