I found out the hard way that niether of these options are correct and even a tech at my home did not know how to activate this. I have BTW canceled my alarm service, and went to an other provider. however, i did find the correct way to set the panic alarm off with the wireless keypad. You have to press both the star * and the Panic button at the same time for about 2 seconds. if you only press the panic button, nothing happens. I had to use it once and well it didn't work, luckly for my, my pistol did the job. but still for those that want to use this you must press both the * and Panic buttons at the same time.
