No reason to call comcast, don't freak out, you can fix this yourself. Go into your xfinity panel, login to the Technician panel, and re-setup the panel.  (its under one of the settings) Code to get in...

I've done that but get stuck at "premise pass phrase". Regardless of what "code" i enter it says it's incorrect.

The premise pass phrase is unique to each customer. The tech must call in to Comcast to get it.
