Take the top front off, it pulls forward, and using something small like the tip of a per, reset the thermostat...see if that helps. If you still have trouble,
And have exhausted calls to Comcast, you might just have a bad thermostat.
One of mine went bad several months after it was installed, and Comcast replaced it.
If they will not replace it for free, you can get them a a reasonable price on Ebay...just write down where each wire is connected before you remove the old thermostat, remove the batteries, and turn off the power to your heating and cooling equipment at the breaker before you remove the old thermostat.
Install new in the reverse order, connecting wires, and installing new batteries before turning on the breakers...
