I agree. The service is horrible and the customer service is horrible. My experience has been:
1. Bad service -- touch screen disconnects.
2. I call customer service and they tell me to reboot (on about 10 different occasions)
3. I asked them to send someone out to fix and they tell me that they can't because I haven't gone throught the trouble shooting (which I did 10 times).
4. I finally get an appointment and they don't show up.
5. I call to get another appointment and get a CR number as a confirmation and I find out that a "supervisor" cancelled the appointment (no call or communication from comcast).
6. I call up and get an attitude from the person on the phone.
7. I ask for a supervisor and the person tells me it won't do me any good.
8. I get a message on my recorder that my touchscreen's battery is losing power and I should reconnect it to the internet.....no kidding...
The service is horrible and the customer service is horrible.
