I was contacted today, by one of the control centers for the so called alarm system comcast has installed in my house. I had problems previously re-setting the security box and the service rep, told me to re-set it and then hung up the phone and then i was mailed a dang battery.
Today my dog set off the alarm, and my adult daughter is home and she gives the password we had from the beggining but is not accepting it. I'm working in Texas and my house is in GA and they call me and again the lady disresptfully hung up the phone on me. Then she called on my work cell and again she does the same nonsense and send the PD when I told her i'm the owner of the house.
I tried to explain to them, i need technical support and because i have a spanish last name they send me to the hispanic speaker (i have been in the US for 40 yrs, served 20 yrs in the Marines and have 2 B.S. degrees) and i get a hispanic speaker. I'm frustated with this system, that I wish i was home so i can rip-it off the wall.
After all this nonsense the service rep, tells me that he will transfer me to scheduling service and they will be able to help; when i got them on the line they tell me they can't do anything until I get back to GA after i told the lady more than once, that I will be home on 7/15 she became snobby and said you have to wait.
This is the worst service i have ever had, now i know why i disconnected comcast back in 2010. the worst part of it all, they kept telling me was that if i disconnect the system, i will be charge; they're quick to worry about their money faster than giving you the service the customer is required. I was a dumb hispanic/Military Vet on getting this sorry service again. I will definitely be getting rid of all this garbage and go back to AT&T after my contract is over due to Comcast bad service.
If I don't get a response soon, i will post this on my FB and let all my fellow Marines / Vet how bad service comcast has and the rude people they have working for them.
