after going through that troubleshooting with all of them, and with no success. they should've asked  to send out a tech if you'd like. and if i were you, i would get one to come out, cuz it sounds like an issue too complex for the people on the phones to handle, and really its luck of the draw of whether you not you'll actually a helpful agent, even their supervisors aren't much more helpful; and relying on one to actually call back seems foolhearty. anyway callback if you wanna roll the dice again, but i would save the trouble and just request a tech. sooner you can get that request in, the sooner someone can be out to help
