Re: Horrible Customer Service

Yea I kept telling them I need some lone to come out but each customer service rep want to go through the motion of turning off turning on I reboot they reboot they put me on hold and then hang up, I call right back new customer rep that wants to go through the same thing I spent six hours in phone yesterday only for the last night supervisor to promise that he was getting me an appointment for Friday or Saturday because the only appointment the rep before I asked for supervisor could only get a Monday appointment so I asked for the supervisor. He gave me a ticket number and said someone would call me at 11:18 they never did at 11:40 I was told the supervisor que was closed till 8am. 8am I call and have to go through trying to reboot touch screen Nd modem then to another supervisor who claimed with new ticket number some one would call me by 10am at 12pm no call another.hour and forty minutes only to get another ticket number 5:30 still no call at 6:30 I have a voice mail that said someone would call in a hour two hours later still no call
