I just don't understand why it is so difficult to disable one feature of your account. We used to have the option on the old portal to disable Eco-Saver. I am more than 1:30 hours on the phone trying to disable it. I was told I don't have it (yes I do, it says on my bill and it shows I "saved" 8% with it on my portal. They finally sent me to billing and the guy was thinking I wanted to cancel the eco-billing and start receiving the paper bill!!! OMG! Now I am waiting because billing can' remove it as it doesn't show as a separate charge (part of a bundle) and is contacting tech support again. Hope this time they don't say I don't have it. COMCAST< why do you make it so difficult to cancel a service that by the way, does not work. COMCASTJOE, it seems I need your help...
