I have tv and internet with xfinity, but internet is no longer appearing in my account as of 2 days ago. So it looks as though I just have tv. However, my internet is working just fine.
Because of this, I can't see my equipment list or anything related to internet. Since this issue started, I also can't use the xfinity wifi app as it says I don't have that tier of service, even though I do. See attachment for the screenshot.
