I've had an issue for over 2 weeks where my cameras no longer work remotely (ie, cant view from portal or devices). I have been on the phone w/ them 10x as well as had them out to my house to look at the equipment. Nobody on the phone can figure out what the problem is as well as the technitian who came to my house. I have been on Tier 2 tech support multiple times, no answers. They have continually said that they'd call me back, incl yesterday - no dice. Why cant you do what you say you do, comcast?!?!?!?!?! So, I finally get to a tech last night and they now tell me that, under seasonal mode as this is a vaca house (which coincidently I went under few weeks ago auto b/c this is the second yr I've dont this), that there is limited functionality w/ XHome, and the cameras dont work along w/ other functionality. Reallly!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Nobody told me that. Plus last yr I had full visibility of my cameras all winter long during seasonal mode, which is what the tech told me last yr b/f I put on seasonal mode. Absolutely rediculous!!!!! now either I live w/ limited offsite functinoality w/ Xhome under seasonal mode or I have to pay to have this reinstated while paying full frieght while not in the home for next six mos. Unvbelievable!!! Another completely unsatisfied customer. BTW, I have Xhome, voice, internet and cable - paid for everything w/ multiple cameras, tstats, water sensors, etc.
