My Lockset has been working AOK from my initial install and pairing ~ everyday since !!! I've had it since Sept. 1st I believe and I have had NO problems at all and I'm still on the same initial 4 AA batteries. I only had to make 1 adjustment to it ~ and that was to dremel out the deadbolt striker plate a little more to fit my door (wiggle room for weather expansion) -so it would not stick and hang up, etc... Other than that ~ I could not be happier with this Kwiket 914 Zigbee Lockset and also the way it marries in and incorporates into the Xfinity Home Security and App, PC Portal, etc... Kudos to Kwikset and Xfinity for this one !!! I just wish they were 1/2 the price !!! If so, I'd get another one for my detached garage side entry door !!! I did order mine inline direct form Best Buy and I also got the extra 2 year Geek Squad Extended Warranty on it ~ just in case, because I knew of the newness of this lock and I wanted some double reassurance too that it would work daily for years to come !!!
