Long story... but I had the X3 Dual Band for months since early this summer which worked great until about Sept. 1st., then I started getting false smoke alarms, non-working arms and disarms, bad battery levels and all kinds of weird things !!!
So the Techs came here and regressed me back to a single Band x2 Box and that sucked, because they said that the Level-3 Engineers could not see my Cable/Modem, Port-4, or into my hardwired Touchscreen, but at least the Home Security stuff starting working better !!!
But then 2 weeks later after complaining to Tech Support about super slow internet wi-fi speed, they did come back and give me another new X3 Box and that is working great now, along with my own incorporated Netgear Dual Band Wi-Fi Extender and NOW the Home Security stuff is way faster and stable, especially yes my 6 hardwired cameras !!!
I did have to also purchase my own 8-Port Un-Managed Giga-Bit Switch to make it all work for me and them !!!
So far, so good now ~ for now (LOL!!!) !!! ![Smiley Wink Smiley Wink]()
