It doesn't look like these devices will pair directly with the touch screen. It seems it will only work through the iOS or Android app. The app will somehow authenticate with the device's online...

no weather map on touch screen

I have a white screen with green dots on hte weather section on the touch screen...if I swipe to move the section, it comes up correctly, but when refreshes, back to white...what needs to be done?

Can anyone from comcast tell me when the Weather Channel map app will be fixed on Xfinity Home?  If it cant be fixed go back to the old version.

I don't have any of the devices, but if you go in the xfinity app and go to the "works with xfinity home" section. There you can for example, tap on Nest and you'll be taken to a screen with a button...

try rebooting the touchscreen if you haven't already done so. usually apps can/will update automatically, however when they do this its with the assumption that the touchscreen is also fully up-to-date

i would just call into 1-800-Xfinity. and then say "I need my Xfinity Home Security Certificate" and then they can go ahead and email a copy of the certificate to any email address you would like
