I just installed Comcast Xfinity double play and in the app you have the Nest thermostat and not the much better technology Ecobee please research and add to drop down menu Free advice please take it.

This would be on my security system. How do we get 911 on the portal if we have an emergency? Especially if the phone is not working. This would be for fire or medical.

Hi Clevwaboo1 -- Thank you for your feedback about wanting to add Ecobee. At this time, Ecobee is not compatible with our system. We do continually look at adding more devices for compatibility and will continue to evaluate and work with these companies for developing compatibility. Has anyone lose there connection on the camera? It's been happen a lot lately? Is there a update?

My 73 year old mom can't stand that the blue light flashes during updates in the middle of the light. I shut the light off during normal use. Anyone know how to shut that light off during updates?

A cheap simple way is to just put a piece of tape over the light. Smiley Wink

What is the best way to return equipment? I bought my own modem and need to return the Comcast modem. I'm told the wait at the Comcast stores is very long and there is no separate line for just returning.
